Most Workato delivery partners are recipe development shops. We come from enterprise architecture. Cloudorizon was founded by an Enterprise Architect who selected and instantiated Workato as the enterprise integration platform at a major UK bank, and our team has lived inside architecture functions, change advisory boards and security review processes. We build recipes too. The architecture is why they survive contact with your enterprise.

Wherever the problem is. We sell three services separately: Platform and Architecture, Workato Onboarding, and Integration Engineering. There is a natural relationship between them but no forced sequence, so you can engage at any of the three. If your platform is in reasonable shape and the work in front of you is bounded delivery, start with the delivery.

Four models, separated by who owns the platform and who runs operations. Build Your Own Capability: you own it, you run it, we build the team. Integration Projects: you own it, you run it, we deliver bounded work. Managed Workato Service: you own the platform, we run operations. Integration as a Service: we own the platform and run operations, you consume the outcomes. All four reach the same destination; they differ only in how much of the work you want to take on.

No. Some clients come to us before they have chosen anything. Some are already on Workato and finding it has not landed the way they expected, which is a common place to start. If you are committed to a platform that is not Workato or SAP, the architecture, governance and capability work still applies; the one thing we would not take on is building the integrations themselves on tooling that is not ours.

Under Build Your Own Capability the objective is your team running the platform without us. Where we run operations, the platform stays yours and the design stays documented, so bringing it in house remains your decision to make. Dependency is not something we design in.
